We're looking for a Social Media Reposter to manage and grow one Instagram account from the ground up, starting with a structured warm-up phase, then moving into regular content posting to build followers and drive monetization.
This is a great fit for someone who wants flexible, part-time work with real upside tied to performance.
What You'll Do
Phase 1 — Account Warm-Up (Days 1–14)
Complete a daily warm-up protocol (~15 minutes/day) to properly establish and "age" the account before regular posting begins
Follow the warm-up steps provided exactly as instructed to protect account health
Phase 2 — Posting & Growth (Ongoing)
Post content consistently to grow followers and engagement
Time commitment: approximately 1–2 hours/day once posting begins
Work toward growing the account to the point where a monetization link can be added to the bio
Compensation
Warm-up phase (Days 1–14): $50 flat, paid upon completion
Base pay (ongoing): $200/month
Performance bonus: 2.5% of all revenue generated once a monetization link is live in the account's bio
Once the account has an active monetization link in its bio, your monthly earnings scale with the account's performance, strong performers can earn $10,000–$15,000/month on top of the base salary.
Requirements
Your own smartphone (used to create and manage the Instagram account)
An old/existing email address to use for account creation (a brand-new email is not suitable for warm-up)
Ability to commit to daily consistency, especially during the warm-up period
Reliable, self-directed, you'll be trusted to manage the account independently once trained
Time Commitment
Approximately 10 hours/week on average (Monday to Sunday), with lighter days during the warm-up phase and more time required once regular posting begins.
