Instagram Poster / Content Uploader (Reels, Stories & Account Warming)

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, organized Instagram Poster to manage daily content uploads and account activity across our Instagram accounts. Your main job is to keep our accounts active and growing by posting Reels, creating Stories, and warming up accounts on a consistent schedule. The content is provided — you handle the posting, timing, and day-to-day account activity.

This is a routine, schedule-driven role. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and can follow a posting calendar without being chased, you'll do great here.

What You'll Do

- Post Reels to assigned Instagram accounts on schedule

- Create and publish daily Stories (provided content + simple edits)

- Warm up new and existing accounts (gradual activity, engagement, daily actions to keep accounts healthy and avoid restrictions)

- Follow a daily/weekly posting calendar and hit posting times consistently

- Keep simple logs of what was posted, when, and on which account

- Flag any account issues (restrictions, bans, login problems) right away

What We're Looking For

- Organized and reliable — you can follow a schedule and keep track of multiple accounts without things slipping

- Comfortable using Instagram daily (Reels, Stories, posting tools)

- Good attention to detail — right content, right account, right time

- Basic understanding of how to keep accounts safe (avoiding spammy behavior, respecting limits)

- Stable internet and a phone or device for managing accounts

- Able to communicate clearly and respond to messages during work hours

- Trustworthy and discreet with account access

Nice to Have (not required)

- Experience managing multiple social media accounts

- Familiarity with account warming and IG best practices

- Basic editing skills (captions, simple Story edits)
