## Responsibilities
* Develop and execute Instagram growth strategies
* Analyze account performance and identify growth opportunities
* Advise on content creation and posting strategies
* Optimize engagement, reach, and follower growth
* Monitor trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity
## Requirements
* Proven experience growing Instagram accounts
* Strong understanding of the Instagram algorithm
* Experience with content strategy and audience development
* Ability to explain growth decisions using data and reasoning
* Excellent communication skills
