We’re looking for a creative and dependable Instagram Manager who understands how to grow accounts strategically—not just post content. If you enjoy spotting trends early, creating engaging Reels, and building organic audiences, this role could be a great fit.

In this role, you’ll help shape content strategies, increase engagement, and grow our model’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends, formats, and viral content

• Create engaging Reels and posts tailored to the target audience

• Plan and execute effective content strategies

• Interact with followers through comments, DMs, and story features

• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on insights

What We Offer

Compensation & Growth

• $2.50/hour (first 3 months) + 10% commission per subscriber

• $3.00/hour (after 3 months) + 10% commission

• $3.00+/hour (after 6 months) + 10% commission

Performance Bonuses

• Additional $5–$10 per day may be given after 3–4 weeks based on performance

• Salary increases are performance-based
