We're looking for an experienced Instagram Growth Manager to help scale our creators through strategic organic marketing.
This is not a typical social media manager position. We're looking for someone who understands how to build attention, create engagement, and convert Instagram traffic into paying subscribers.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a daily Instagram growth strategy.
Create engaging captions, stories, reels, and feed posts.
Repurpose content into high-performing Instagram formats.
Grow accounts through organic engagement and relationship building.
Engage with target audiences through comments, DMs, and strategic interactions.
Research trends, viral content, hashtags, and competitor strategies.
Optimize profiles for maximum conversion.
Collaborate with our content team to improve reach and engagement.
Monitor analytics and adjust strategies based on performance.
Stay up to date with Instagram algorithm changes and best practices.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience growing Instagram accounts.
Strong understanding of Instagram's algorithm.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Experience creating viral or high-performing content.
Comfortable working in the creator/adult industry.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Focused on measurable growth—not just posting content.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience marketing OnlyFans creators.
Strong understanding of Reels and short-form content.
Experience with Instagram Stories, Close Friends strategies, and DM funnels.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools.
Experience with A/B testing content, captions, posting times, and CTAs.
Basic photo/video editing skills.
