We are looking for an experienced Instagram Reel Editor & Growth Specialist who specializes in growing OnlyFans models on Instagram.
This is not a beginner position. We are only looking for someone who already has experience scaling female creators on Instagram and understands what performs organically.
Our agency manages multiple successful OnlyFans creators, and your job is to create viral Instagram content that drives massive audience growth.
Our goal is simple:
Create viral Instagram Reels and AI carousel posts that consistently generate millions of views, thousands of new followers, and ultimately convert followers into paying subscribers.
Your Daily Responsibilities
For every creator you manage, you will:
- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels.
- Create Instagram AI carousel posts using Higgsfield.
- Write high-quality Higgsfield prompts to generate realistic AI influencer content.
- Recreate viral AI carousel posts using Higgsfield.
- Research Instagram every day to discover new trends before they become saturated.
- Save viral Reels and carousel posts for inspiration.
- Recreate successful Reel and carousel concepts while making them unique.
- Come up with new viral content ideas every day.
- Edit videos with strong hooks, excellent pacing, captions, transitions, sound effects, and retention-focused editing.
- Create content around trending events (for example the FIFA World Cup) that has strong viral potential.
- Clip Omegle videos into engaging Instagram Reels.
- Work closely with our AI content team to combine real content with AI-generated content.
- Analyze performance and continuously improve future content.
Requirements
You must have experience with:
- Growing female influencers or OnlyFans models on Instagram.
- Understanding the Instagram algorithm.
- Creating viral Instagram Reels.
- Creating AI carousel posts using Higgsfield.
- Writing effective Higgsfield prompts that generate realistic influencer content.
- Recreating viral AI carousel concepts using Higgsfield.
- Editing professionally in CapCut Pro using advanced editing features.
- Creating high-retention edits.
- Identifying trends before they become saturated.
- Understanding watch time, retention, shares, comments, saves, and replay value.
- Recreating viral content while keeping it original.
- Using trending sounds effectively.
- Knowing how to minimize the risk of Instagram shadowbans and account restrictions.
- Producing high-quality content with excellent attention to detail.
Experience with Higgsfield is highly preferred. Applicants with proven Higgsfield experience will receive priority.
