Instagram Content Poster

We're hiring a reliable poster to publish short-form video content to our Instagram accounts daily.

What you'll do:

Download videos from our shared content folder

Open Instagram and post each video as a reel

Write a short caption relevant to the video (we'll give you examples/templates)

Post ~18 videos per account, per day, spaced out across the day

Scroll/engage on the account a few minutes daily to keep it active and healthy

Track what's posted in a simple daily log

What we're looking for:

Reliable, consistent, follows a routine without reminders

Comfortable on Instagram and mobile apps

Good attention to detail (right video, right account, right caption)

Available every day for short sessions
