Instagram Account Manager — Remote

Looking for someone with real Instagram experience to join our growing digital marketing team. You'll be managing accounts end-to-end — from creation and warm-up all the way to content research, editing, and posting.

Account creation & warm-up

Content research & trend spotting

Video editing & content creation

Daily posting & account management

Maintaining tracksheets consistently

🎯 What we're looking for:

Prior Instagram/social media experience (required)

Knows what makes a Reel perform — hooks, watch time, engagement

Comfortable with video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.)

Reliable internet

Available 8hrs/day, 6–7 days/week

Detail-oriented and consistent

💰 Pay: $1.50/hr + performance bonuses for accounts that hit follower & views goals
