We are looking for a full-time Instagram Account Creation Specialist who understands how to create, warm up, and maintain Instagram accounts at scale without getting them banned.
This role is not about content creation. Your primary responsibility is to ensure our account creation pipeline never stops.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Create new Instagram accounts every single day.
- Properly warm up each account before handing it over to our posting team.
- Maintain a consistent flow of high-quality, healthy accounts.
- Follow strict account creation and warm-up SOPs.
- Monitor account health and avoid flags, checkpoints, and bans.
- (Bonus) If you can also post content on the accounts, that's a huge advantage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience creating Instagram accounts at scale.
- Deep understanding of the Instagram algorithm.
- Know exactly what causes accounts to get banned, flagged, or shadowbanned.
- Experience with account warm-up strategies.
- Understand device fingerprinting, IP management, cookies, browser profiles, and account health.
- Able to follow systems and work consistently every day.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and available for long-term work.

ā You own and have experience using a jailbroken iPhone for Instagram account creation.
