# Instagram Operations Virtual Assistant

## About the Position

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Instagram Operations Virtual Assistant to join our growing social media operations team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing multiple Instagram accounts by following clearly documented operating procedures. Your daily work will include creating and setting up accounts, maintaining account health, publishing content according to schedule, monitoring account status, rotating connections when required, and following operational workflows designed to maximize account longevity.

This is a process-driven position where consistency, patience, and attention to detail are far more important than creativity. Every task follows a documented workflow, and your responsibility is to execute those processes accurately while maintaining organized records and communicating any issues immediately.

You'll work as part of a larger operations team where every role contributes to building and maintaining a scalable social media infrastructure.

## Experience & Skills

Preferred qualifications include:

* Experience managing Instagram or other social media accounts

* Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Account Manager

* Familiarity with Instagram best practices and account management

* Experience following detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

* Comfortable using Google Drive, spreadsheets, Airtable, or similar online collaboration tools

* Strong written English for internal team communication

* Excellent organizational and time management skills

* Ability to learn new systems and workflows quickly

Experience working with multiple mobile devices, VPNs, or large-scale social media operations is a plus, but not required.
