We're looking for an experienced, sharp Reddit VA to join our team. We need someone who actually knows how the platform moves to manage content distribution, account growth, and traffic generation.
What You’ll Do:
• Content Management: Once a month, organize and edit creator content using the specific tools we provide to ensure it is optimized for distribution.
• Post daily content across targeted NSFW/promotional subreddits
• Using our tools: Create, grow and maintain multiple Reddit accounts simultaneously to build karma and safe-keep account health
• Write natural, engaging captions tailored to each specific community (no robotic text).
• Track daily posting activity and performance metrics in our tracking sheets.
• Coordinate daily with the team
Requirements:
• Proven experience posting on Reddit (specifically in NSFW/adult marketing spaces).
• Deep understanding of Reddit culture, subreddit rules, karma requirements, and how to avoid bans/shadowbans.
• High attention to detail, you understand that a single rule violation can burn an account.
• Ability to work independently and execute tasks consistently without being micromanaged.
