Hiring: OFM Model Outreach & Recruitment Specialist

Elite Creator Management is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Model Outreach & Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Proactively finding and reaching out to OnlyFans creators and models across social media platforms.

Building relationships with creators interested in agency representation.

Explaining the benefits of partnering with our agency.

Booking qualified discovery calls with interested models.

Maintaining organized outreach records and follow-up communications.

Requirements:

Experience with outreach, lead generation, or recruiting (OFM experience is a major asset).

Strong written English and communication skills.

Comfortable using Instagram, X (Twitter), Reddit, TikTok, Telegram, and Discord.

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Ability to meet outreach and booking targets.

Compensation:

Competitive base pay plus performance bonuses/commissions for qualified models who successfully sign with the agency.
