Hiring Model Scout / Creator Recruiter | (Long-Term Opportunity)

Hello, I’m David from Maven Media. We are an agency expanding our creator network and looking to bring on a motivated Model Scout / Creator Recruiter to help us identify and pre-qualify potential creators through social media outreach.

This is a performance-based role focused strictly on sourcing and passing strong leads. Our team handles onboarding, closing, and account setup internally. Your role is to identify potential creators, start conversations, qualify real interest, and forward seriously interested, near-ready candidates only for final conversion.

We are currently looking for 1 strong scout to start immediately. If performance is consistent and high-quality, this can develop into a long-term permanent position within the agency with increased responsibility and earning potential.

Details:

• $100 USD per successfully signed creator

• Commission-only (no base pay)

• Remote / work from anywhere

We’re looking for:

• Strong communication skills (natural, conversational English)

• Comfortable reaching out via Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit and Telegram

• Consistent and reliable outreach activity

• Ability to identify genuine interest and filter quality leads

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
