Hiring Experienced Onlyfans Chatters

We are a growing OnlyFans agency looking for skilled chatters with proven experience working on MALE and FEMALE accounts.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience as an OnlyFans chatter

✅ Proven experience with male and female accounts (BFE/GFE style, upselling, fan retention)

✅ Strong sales skills — must know how to convert and maximize revenue

✅ Fluent written English

✅ Ability to handle different fan personalities and keep conversations natural

✅ Reliable, consistent, and goal-oriented

Payment:

💰 $3/hour + 3% commission

What We’re Looking For:

We need chatters who are confident, creative, and know how to drive sales while keeping conversations authentic and engaging. No robotic messaging.

💰 Wage/Salary

Wage: $3 - $3.5 hourly & 3% of sales

Payout Frequency: Biweekly
