WEEKENDS REQUIRED
Two Shifts Available:
• Overnight 11 PM to 8 AM PHT
• Day 9 AM to 6 PM PHT
💰 COMP AND PERKS
• 3 USD per hour plus 3 percent commission on net sales you generate
• Fully paid two week trial then shift performance bonuses

✨ CHATTING REQUIREMENTS
• Relationship first chatting. Flirt, empathize, and bond. Start with small unlocks, then offer higher ticket content naturally. No spam or unlock slamming.
• Roleplay like a pro. Each model already has a persona. Study our notes and never invent fake facts.
• Ask questions when unsure. Curiosity is valued over silence.
• Crystal clear English with a playful tone and perfect grammar.
• Juggle several creator pages at once while following price grids and tag rules. Leave tidy shift notes in Slack for the next teammate.
💻 MUST HAVES
• At least one year of proven OnlyFans chat experience with blurred screenshots or aliases as proof
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and strong roleplay skills
• Weekend availability is mandatory
• Reliable computer, twenty Mbps or faster internet, and a backup power or data plan
• Comfortable with adult content and daily use of Slack and Infloww
• Punctuality and reliability every single shift
