What you'll actually be doing:
Chatting with fans on behalf of our creators. Your job is to turn attention into sales - guiding conversations naturally without sounding pushy, fake, or scripted. Read the room, know when to push, re-engage cold fans, and never leave money on the table.
Don't apply if:
- You fall apart the moment things go off-script
- You think "he already spent today, I'll leave it"
- You're looking for easy remote work where you can coast

- Your written English is sharp, natural, and persuasive
- A fan tips $50 and your first thought is how to get more out of tonight
- You know how to build tension and momentum in a conversation
- Objections don't slow you down, you handle them and keep going
- You care more about what you earn than what you're paid per hour
- You're reliable and coachable

Pay:
Hourly base plus commission from day one. Strong performers move into 5%–10% commission tiers. Our top chatters clear $2,500+ a month. The better you are, the more you make.
