Head of IG (PHILIPPINES)

Responsibilities:

Serve as the CEO's main point of contact with the IG team (CEO communicates only with the Head of Instagram).

Manage the Instagram team (2 posters, 1 editor, 1 IG Content Producer, with more team members to come).

Review and vet content, classifying it as suitable or unsuitable for Instagram.

Troubleshoot issues with the bot, Doritos (container setup), remote control software, and other operational tools.

Research content and provide materials to the IG Content Producer for Airtable workflows.

Requirements:

Willing to work overtime and have a flexible schedule when needed.

Experience managing a team (5+ people preferred).

Excellent English communication skills.

Manila-based is a strong advantage.

Fast worker with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience with phone farms, AI tools (Higgsfield.ai, Nano Banana), and Cursor is a plus.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM PHT (8 hrs/day)
