We’re looking for a top-tier Chat Manager who’s been in the trenches — trained 100+ chatters, scaled teams from $0 → $250k+/month, and knows the sales, systems, and GFE side inside-out.
What we need:
• Built & led chatting departments (training, KPIs, structure)
• Deep understanding of GFE, retention & buyer psychology
• Proven results with 6-figure+ model revenue
• Can build training docs, timelines & systems (Notion, Sheets, etc.)
• Leadership — not just management
Role:
Full-time position overseeing multiple models & chatter teams. You’ll design processes, train new hires, and optimize for scale & performance.
We’re not looking for average. If you haven’t managed serious numbers or trained chatters from scratch, don’t apply.
