The candidate needs to be able to grow new accounts quickly, ensuring they don't get banned, to know proper warmup strategies to ensure the account remains healthy and in good standing, to know best daily strategy in order to increase engagement and most importantly conversion to OnlyFans, looking for someone who can convert 50-100 paid subs a day or 1000 free subs a day

Sort of like a social media manager, they will be using strictly repurposed content

Preference is someone aged 18-24 as they will likely be more into brain rot and in with trends, someone chronically online, location isn't essential but I would test them with trending memes and brainrot content to see if they know it, so asking them to send examples in of that, quotes and captions that would relate to a chronic online audience is golden
