The Growth Manager is responsible for driving audience growth, fan engagement and revenue across the agency’s creator portfolio. This role oversees content strategy, social media growth, promotional campaigns, fan acquisition and performance analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Help grow creators' social media and OnlyFans accounts.
- Look at account performance and find ways to increase subscribers and earnings.
- Plan and manage promotions on platforms like Onlyfans, Instagram, X, TikTok, and Reddit.
- Work with creators, editors and chat managers to improve content and results
- Track key numbers such as subscriber growth, renewals, and sales.
- Research trends, competitors and new growth opportunities.
- Help creators build their personal brand and reach more fans.
- Set monthly growth goals and help the team achieve them.
- Improve agency processes.
- Hire, train and support team members on growth and marketing strategies.
