We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Social Media Growth Auditor to help improve the performance of multiple creator brands across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X.
Your role is to identify growth opportunities, spot bottlenecks, analyse content performance and provide actionable recommendations that improve future results.
We are not looking for a traditional social media manager whose experience is primarily scheduling posts, managing pages or performing administrative social media tasks.
This role requires someone with a strong understanding of content performance, audience behaviour, short-form content, growth strategy and social media marketing.
You must be able to critically analyse content, identify why something is succeeding or failing, and provide clear recommendations that improve future performance.
OnlyFans industry experience is highly preferred but not essential.
However, applicants should have a strong understanding of modern social media platforms, viral content and creator-led brands.
You will be responsible for reviewing creator accounts, identifying what is working, identifying what is not working and helping our team continuously improve marketing performance.
This role sits between our creative team and our operations team.
Your findings will directly influence content strategy, content production, editing decisions and posting strategy.
The successful candidate will play a key role in helping our creators grow faster and generate more revenue through improved social media performance.
