📋 Requirements:
✅ Previous OnlyFans chatting experience is required
✅ Available to work full-time
✅ Not currently connected or working with another OnlyFans agency
✅ Loyal, trustworthy, and committed to the company
✅ Comfortable with random screen-sharing sessions for QA, coaching, and performance monitoring
✅ Willing to share your screen for an entire shift if requested by management for quality assurance purposes
✅ Willing to sign a Company Contract, NDA, and Confidentiality Agreement
✅ Strong communication, rapport-building, and sales skills
✅ Open to feedback and continuous improvement
🕒 Available Shifts
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

📌 Additional Information
Screen sharing is not required at all times. Management conducts random QA checks to ensure quality and provide coaching.
On certain occasions, you may also be asked to share your screen for the duration of your shift as part of performance monitoring or account quality assurance.
