Fanvue & Instagram Chatter / Fan Engagement Specialist (Remote)

Remote (Worldwide, strong preference for Philippines or similar timezone alignment with US audiences)

Reports To: Content Operations Manager / Owner

Job Purpose:

You will act as the personal voice and relationship builder for models. Your primary goal is to drive PPV (Pay-Per-View) sales, upsell custom content and bundles, build genuine emotional connections with fans, and funnel traffic from Instagram, Telegram, and other platforms into high-converting Fanvue sales.

Key Responsibilities:

PPV Sales & Monetization

Proactively send targeted PPV offers, bundles (e.g., 70% off intro packs), and custom content requests to maximize revenue per fan.

Upsell videos, photo sets, audio clips, live sessions, and premium experiences.

Track and close sales daily with clear, persuasive messaging.

Relationship Building & Retention

Engage fans in a warm, flirty, playful, and persona-consistent style ( soft/playful/naughty; cozy Gen-Z relatable).

Build emotional connections through daily check-ins, vulnerability moments, personalized replies, and ongoing conversations.

Handle customer support inquiries professionally while steering chats toward sales.

Engage with fans on social media.

Traffic Direction & Cross-Platform Sales

Direct followers from Instagram DMs/comments to Fanvue, Telegram, or other sales channels.

Send welcome sequences, reactivation messages for lapsed fans, and promotional campaigns.

Use attention hooks, polls, and personalized teases to increase engagement and conversion.

Content Promotion

Promote new photo sets, carousels, reels, and videos with compelling captions and hooks.

Coordinate with the content team on drop schedules and sales funnels.

Reporting & Optimization

Track daily/weekly PPV sales, response rates, and top-performing messages.

Provide feedback on what fans are requesting to improve future content.

Maintain organized chat logs and fan notes.

Requirements:

2+ years experience as an OnlyFans/Fanvue chatter, sales operator, or customer engagement role in adult/lifestyle content (preferred).

Excellent written English with a natural, flirty, and engaging tone.

Strong sales mindset — comfortable discussing intimate/explicit content and closing sales.

Experience with Instagram DMs, Telegram, and Fanvue (or similar platforms).

Fast typer (25+ WPM recommended).

Reliable internet and quiet workspace.

Available for flexible hours (peak US evenings/weekends are important).

Mature, professional, and discreet.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience working with AI-generated or virtual influencer models.

Knowledge of trending hooks, viral audio, and social media engagement strategies.

Portfolio of past chat performance/sales results.

Familiarity with time zones (CST/PST alignment a plus).

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate + commission(up to 3% - 5%) + performance bonuses based on PPV sales and retention.

$2.5 - $4/hr base depending on experience and results (top performers earn significantly more via bonuses).
