What Will The Chatter Tackle On?

The team chatter we are looking for is ready to take on these responsibilities and is prepared to handle the following scope of work:

- reply to messages on behalf of the agency's models ensuring that all fans or subscribers are being acknowledged or answered to.

- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

- communicate effectively with the team manager and other team members to provide updates on task progress and any issues encountered.

- maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

- perform daily chatting data entry tasks accurately & efficiently ensuring all information is recorded & up-to-date.

Who Are We Looking For?

The ideal SilkLine Chatter who will fit this role checks the following boxes:

- has flawless English & is a natural communicator

- can read between the lines & understand what a subscriber wants

- willing to commit 42hrs/wk - is flexible when it comes to last minute schedule changes or night & graveyard shifts & show ups for work shifts

- has a reliable device with a stable internet connection

- is proactive and a team player who knows how to collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

How Will You Be Rewarded?

- Hourly Pay Rate w/c increases with commissions depending on chatting performance

- Weekly Payout via Wise Transfers
