FACE BOOK VA (EXPERIENCED)

About the Role:

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Facebook Virtual Assistant to help grow our models social media presence and generate traffic through Facebook marketing.

Your primary responsibility will be managing multiple Facebook accounts, posting content consistently, and engaging with targeted audiences to maximize reach, visibility, and conversions.

If you understand Facebook's ecosystem, know how to increase engagement organically, and have experience managing multiple accounts, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Create and manage multiple Facebook accounts and profiles.

- Post content across various Facebook profiles, pages, and groups according to our strategy.

- Schedule and publish content consistently.

- Engage with target audiences through comments, reactions, and conversations.

- Monitor engagement metrics and identify high-performing content.

- Stay updated on Facebook trends, algorithms, and best practices.

- Help content gain maximum visibility and viral reach.

- Drive traffic from Facebook to our other social media platforms and OF pages.

- Report daily/weekly performance and growth metrics.

Requirements

- Previous experience managing Facebook accounts professionally!!!

- Strong understanding of Facebook groups, pages, profiles, and engagement strategies.

- Experience with organic social media growth.

- Excellent written English communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools is a plus.

- Experience in influencer, creator, or reels/tiktok marketing is a bonus.
