Experienced OnlyFans Chatter (1+ Year Required) – Remote

We're a growing OnlyFans Management agency working with top creators, and we're looking for experienced chatters only. If you have at least 1 year of proven OF chatting experience and a track record of hitting revenue targets, we want to talk to you. No beginners – this is a role for closers who already know the game.

What you'll do:

- Chat with fans on behalf of our creators using their persona and tone of voice

- Build rapport, qualify whales, and convert conversations into PPV sales and tips

- Upsell content, run custom requests, and execute proven sales funnels

- Maintain detailed CRM notes so every fan feels remembered and special

- Consistently hit daily/weekly revenue targets and shift KPIs

- Coordinate with the team via Telegram during your shift

Requirements (non-negotiable):

- Minimum 1 year of OnlyFans chatting experience – be ready to prove it (references, screenshots of past earnings, agencies worked for)

- Fluent, natural written English with a US tone (Miami/LA fans)

- Strong sales mindset – you understand pacing, sexting, teasing, and closing high-ticket PPVs

- Familiar with a CRM such as OnlyMonster, Infloww, Supercreator, CreatorHero or similar chatting tools

- Proven track record of generating $20K+/month per account (or able to demonstrate equivalent)

- Fast typing, able to juggle multiple conversations and accounts without dropping quality

- Reliable internet, own computer, stable distraction-free workspace
