RESPONSIBILITIES
Chat with subscribers in real time while maintaining fast response times.
Build rapport and create engaging, personalised conversations with fans.
Upsell PPV content, sexting sets, and custom content effectively.
Understand fan interests and turn conversations into sales opportunities.
Follow provided scripts, sales strategies, and tone guidelines.
Maintain high activity levels and achieve daily revenue and performance targets.
Keep conversations natural, entertaining, and sales-focused.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous OnlyFans chatting experience is preferred.
Strong English communication and conversational skills.
Fast typing speed with consistent response times (1–3 minutes).
Sales-oriented mindset with strong persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently during long shifts.
Reliable internet connection and dependable work ethic.
Consistent, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
COMPENSATION
Base pay + 4% commission.
