Job OverviewWe are a premier OnlyFans Management Agency (OFM) looking for a highly motivated, sales-minded OnlyFans Chat Sales Specialist based in Serbia. In this role, you will manage real-time online conversations with active subscribers on a high-traffic creator profile.Your main goal is to build deep, authentic rapport with fans, maintain high engagement, and drive revenue through the strategic sales of pay-per-view (PPV) content, custom media, and tips. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can respond rapidly, and is completely comfortable managing multiple dynamic chat windows simultaneously over a 12-hour shift.

Key Responsibilities

Live Account Management:

Manage multiple, high-volume live chat windows simultaneously on the OnlyFans platform.

Rapport Building: Maintain highly engaging, personalized, natural, and authentic conversations to turn casual fans into loyal spenders.

PPV & Media Sales: Upsell exclusive pay-per-view (PPV) content, mass messages, customized media requests, and unlock tips through conversational selling.

Fast Response Times: Respond quickly and maintain a high, energetic typing speed consistently throughout long, demanding shifts.

Persona Consistency: Strictly follow communication guidelines, script foundations, and the specific tone/personality of the creator.

Fan Tracking: Update and track fan preferences, personal details, spending habits, and conversation history using internal CRM/vault systems to maximize long-term lifetime value.

Requirements:

Written English Proficiency: Exceptional command of English, including the ability to use natural conversational patterns and context-appropriate language.

Sales Aptitude: Strong ability to transition standard interactions into high-value service opportunities and account growth.

Multitasking Mastery: Ability to seamlessly manage 5–10 active chat windows simultaneously while maintaining accurate conversation context.

Endurance & Focus: Disciplined approach to working dedicated 12-hour shifts in a remote environment with high attention to detail.

Technical Setup: Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a secure, private workstation.

Professionalism: Must be 18+ and comfortable managing accounts that involve adult-oriented marketing and digital content sales.
