Experienced OF Chatter (Philippines Only) - High Commissions & Growth to Team Leader

We are a fast-growing OFM Agency looking for Expert Filipino Chatters who are true sales closers. Your goal is not just to reply to messages, but to build relationships and master human psychology to maximize PPV sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• High-Ticket Closing: Convert fans into high-spenders using advanced sales psychology.

• Account Management: Handle the inbox with speed and precision using Infloww.

• Relationship Building: Maintain the model’s persona and build long-term rapport with top fans.

• Reporting: Track daily sales and provide feedback to the Team Leader.

Requirements:

• Location: Philippines only (Fluent/Native English).

• Experience: Proven track record in OF Chatting (minimum 1 year).

• Tech: Expert level with Infloww is mandatory.

• Setup: Stable Fiber internet connection + Reliable PC + Power backup.

• Mindset: Proactive, hungry for commissions, and reliable.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $2 / hour.

• Incentives: 3% commission on sales ($0 - $1,000) and 5% commission on all sales above $1,001.
