We are a growing management agency looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to create, manage, and grow Instagram accounts. This is a highly systematized, routine-driven role. We provide all the content; your job is to execute the technical setup, warm-up routines, and daily posting schedules flawlessly.
This role is strictly for candidates with proven experience in managing multiple Instagram accounts and bypassing algorithm restrictions. You will start by managing strictly three (3) Instagram accounts. The total daily workload is approximately 1 hour, but it requires unwavering consistency 7 days a week. This isnāt a "post whenever you feel like it" jobātiming and account safety are everything.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Creation & Warm-Up: Create 3 new accounts strictly using your 4G mobile data (No Wi-Fi for creation). Execute a precise 7-day warm-up SOP to build account trust and avoid bans.
Daily Posting: Upload provided Reels exactly during USA Prime Time (Midday / ~12:00 PM EST) and post 2ā3 Stories spaced throughout the day.
Account Safety: Monitor account health daily. If an account gets flagged or restricted, stop posting and report it immediately.
Daily Reporting: Send a brief daily confirmation message via Telegram once all tasks are completed.
Requirements:
Experience (Mandatory): Must have prior experience managing Instagram accounts, warming up new profiles, avoiding shadowbans/blocks, and understanding IG algorithms and limits. (Experience in the OF / adult space is a big plus).
Equipment: Must have your own reliable mobile phone. (Huge Plus: A Jailbroken or Rooted device).
Connection: Must have access to 4G mobile data (only required for the initial account creation phase). Standard Wi-Fi can be used for daily management.
Availability: Able to commit to working 7 days a week (around 1 hour per day to start). Weekends are mandatory.
Language: Decent written English to understand tasks and reply to U.S. comments.
Traits: Highly organized, discreet, independent, and capable of following an exact SOP without needing to be micromanaged.
