We are looking for experienced OnlyFans Chatters to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position. We only hire chatters who already have proven experience working on successful OnlyFans accounts.
You will be managing conversations for established creators with high daily traffic. We need professionals who understand the psychology behind fan engagement, relationship building, and long-term revenue growth.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 1+ year of OnlyFans chatting experience (required)
* Experience managing high-volume traffic while maintaining quality conversations
* Ability to manage multiple models simultaneously
* Excellent written English with natural, fluent communication

* Able to identify high-value spenders and nurture them into long-term VIP fans
* Comfortable working independently while following established systems and guidelines
Your Responsibilities:
* Build genuine, long-term relationships with subscribers
* Create authentic conversations that never feel robotic or scripted
* Avoid hard selling or making the creator feel like a "sex bot"
* Know exactly when to focus on rapport building and when to transition into selling a sexting session or PPV
* Handle large volumes of incoming messages efficiently without sacrificing quality
* Manage chats for multiple creators at the same time
* Keep detailed notes on subscribers to maintain continuity in conversations
* Maximize revenue while ensuring every fan has a positive experience
What We Expect:
We are not looking for aggressive salespeople.
We believe that the highest earners are created through trust, emotional connection, and excellent rapport building.
Selling comes naturally when subscribers genuinely enjoy talking to the creator.
If your strategy is simply copy-pasting scripts and pushing paid content every few messages, this position is not for you.
