Elite Chatting Manager

We are looking for an ELITE Chatting Manager — someone who doesn’t just manage chatters, but builds systems, drives revenue, and scales operations.

If you’ve run $100K+/month creator accounts, understand GFE psychology, and know how to turn conversations into consistent high-ticket sales, this is for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Revenue & Performance Management

• Oversee daily revenue across all creators

• Track KPIs: conversion %, PPV unlock rate, spend per fan, retention

• Identify bottlenecks and increase revenue per subscriber

• Optimize scripts, flows, and selling strategies

2. Chat Team Leadership

• Manage, train, and scale a team of 20–80+ chatters

• Structure shifts (24/7 coverage)

• Enforce quality control and tone consistency

• Replace underperformers quickly

3. Systems & Scaling

• Build SOPs for:

• GFE selling

• Upsells & PPVs

• Whale extraction

• Implement structured flows (onboarding → warming → selling → retention)

• Create scalable frameworks so performance doesn’t rely on individuals

4. Script Optimization

• Write and refine high-converting scripts

• A/B test messaging styles

• Develop persona-based messaging (girlfriend, dominant, soft, etc.)

5. Fan Psychology & Monetization

• Understand and implement:

• GFE (Girlfriend Experience)

• Emotional hooks

• Urgency & scarcity

• Turn low spenders into high-ticket buyers

• Build long-term spending relationships

6. Reporting & Accountability

• Daily reporting on:

• Revenue per chatter

• Top performers / underperformers

• Weekly strategy breakdowns

• Clear execution plans for growth

• Experience managing OnlyFans chat teams at scale

• Proven results with $100K+/month accounts

• Deep understanding of:

• GFE

• PPV strategies

• Fan retention

• Experience managing large remote teams (20+)

• Strong leadership + accountability mindset

• Fluent English (written at a native level)
