We are looking for confident and motivated Model Scouts to help us find and connect with female content creators across Europe.
Your role will be to identify suitable adult creators aged 18+, start professional conversations, explain our management offer, and introduce interested candidates to our onboarding team.
We provide creators with a highly competitive agency offer, professional support, and a simple onboarding process. This makes it easier for our scouts to generate genuine interest and qualified leads.
Your responsibilities:
• Find suitable European creators through Instagram, TikTok, X, and other social platforms
• Contact potential creators using our approved outreach methods
• Clearly and professionally explain our agency offer
• Qualify interested applicants before introducing them to our team
• Track outreach, replies, and qualified leads
• Maintain respectful communication and protect creator privacy
• Only approach creators who are clearly 18 or older
We are mainly recruiting creators from:
France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Greece, the United Kingdom, and other European countries.
What we are looking for:
• Strong written English
• Confident and friendly communication skills
• Comfortable using social media for outreach
• Reliable, organized, and consistent
• Previous scouting, recruitment, sales, or appointment-setting experience is preferred
• Additional European languages are a major advantage
