About the Role

As a Creative Writing Specialist, you will engage with followers and community members through online messaging platforms. Your focus will be to maintain consistent conversations, drive engagement, increase conversions, and help build long-term relationships with each client’s audience.

You will also be responsible for managing backend operations such as:

Writing engaging and brand-aligned captions

Responding to messages quickly and professionally (within 2–3 minutes during active hours)

We are looking for committed, reliable individuals who are passionate about digital content, customer communication, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily social media account activities

Respond promptly to messages and engage followers (within 2–3 minutes during shifts)

Follow instructions accurately and adapt to changing workflows

Work independently and with a remote team

Build rapport with community members and identify opportunities to offer services or upgrades

Qualifications

Fluent in conversational English, both spoken and written

At least 4 months of relevant work experience

Ability to manage social media messages (Instagram, TikTok) and strategically guide followers toward OnlyFans conversion and monetization.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Able to multitask and manage time effectively

Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach

Self-motivated and dependable

Reliable desktop or laptop computer with stable internet and working headset
