We're looking for a creative, analytical, and execution-obsessed **Creative Strategist** to own the organic Instagram growth of our model accounts and increasingly our AI creator accounts.
You won't just plan. You'll research, ideate, direct, and **get content executed end-to-end** coordinating with the operations team, editor, posting VAs, and models to turn strategy into published content that converts attention into subscribers. This is a strategic *and* ownership role: you run the growth engine day to day so it doesn't need constant direction.
**Initial Scope**
- Own creative strategy + execution across 4–6 model IG accounts (scaling as the roster grows)
- Onboard new models into our existing content system and get them live
- Provide growth oversight to our AI creator accounts
- Help manage and build out our marketing systems alongside the operations team
