The Creative Director is responsible for leading the creative team, developing and executing content strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual content. This role involves close collaboration with clients, content creators, and other team members to drive engagement and growth.

Role

Your primary responsibility is to oversee the creation and delivery of engaging, high-quality content for our clients across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube. You will lead brainstorming sessions, manage creative projects, and ensure that all content aligns with our clients' branding and goals.

To lead the creative team in producing exceptional content that drives engagement and achieves client objectives. Your leadership will help deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Outcome

Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies that align with client goals and drive engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and other socials

Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and feedback to content creators, ensuring high-quality output.

Project Management: Oversee creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensure their vision is realized, and check in with them daily.

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Performance Monitoring: Track content performance and use data to inform and improve strategies.

Communication: Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with video editors and thumbnail designers to execute ideas effectively from pre to post-production.

Targets

Ensure each client posts (X) videos per week across TikTok and Instagram.

Increase client engagement and follower growth by

Ensure all clients consistently achieve content performance KPIs.

Take meetings with the Team

Conduct creative brainstorming sessions.

Develop and present content strategies to clients.

Provide feedback and guidance to content creators.

Oversee the production and delivery of content.

Ensure all content meets quality standards and aligns with client branding.

Collaborate with clients and other team members to achieve project goals.

Maintain a detailed understanding of industry trends and best practices.

Fill out a Start of Day (SOD) report daily.

Fill out an End of Day (EOD) report daily.

Communicate effectively within the team and with clients.

Be proactive in seeking feedback and making improvements.

Keep up to date with culture, trending news, and topics on social media platforms.
