We are looking for a Content Manager to run the content pipeline

for multiple content creators across Instagram, Snapchat and Threads.

Content request from the models

Message each creator if changes in content plan or any new requests

Makes sure everything is uploaded to the right Google Drive folder

Finding content to copy

Create Instagram accounts and train the feed to show relevant content

Save the best performing videos and upload them to TikTok so creators can copy them

Find pictures for Instagram and Snapchat stories that fit the style

Captions

Write captions for Instagram Reels, Snapchat Spotlights, Snapchat Stories and Threads

Write them in the target language

Keep all caption lists in Airtable full — never let them run empty

Trending sounds

Find trending sounds for Instagram and Snapchat for each creator

Update the list regularly

Fill in all caption lists for every creator across all platforms

Make sure each new VA has everything they need before they start

Quality control

Track what type of content keeps getting removed or flagged

Track what content is performing the best
