Cold DM Outreach VA (Model Recruitment)

We're a growing OnlyFans management agency hiring a motivated Outreach VA to help recruit new creators to our roster. This is recruitment outreach to potential models, not fan chatting or sales.

What you'll do

Manage and warm up Instagram and Twitter profiles for outreach

Find and qualify potential OnlyFans creators

Send personalised cold DMs to prospects across Instagram, X, and Reddit

Build rapport, open conversations, and pass warm leads to our onboarding team

Track all outreach activity (DMs sent, responses, qualified leads) and report daily

Requirements

Strong, near-native written English (this is non-negotiable, your DMs represent us)

iPhone 11 or newer with eSIM support

An active eSIM plan with a real phone number that can receive SMS (used for outreach accounts)

Reliable internet

Able to work independently and consistently meet daily targets

Willing to track and log all activity accurately (this is a core part of the role)

OFM, creator economy, or Instagram outreach experience a strong plus

Pay

$1/hour base

$200 bonus per creator you help sign, paid after the creator is active 30 days

Paid bi-weekly
