Job Title: Online Chatter / Chat Support Specialist

Location: Remote

Schedule: 6-7 days per week, 8-hour shifts (flexible scheduling available depending on business needs)

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Online Chatters. In this role, you will handle customer/fan interactions via chat for our creators, helping to build engagement, drive revenue, and maintain positive relationships. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy communicating, are quick learners, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with fans and subscribers through real-time chat using provided scripts, guidelines, and the Infloww CRM platform.

Build rapport, respond to inquiries, promote content/offers, and handle basic customer service needs.

Maintain consistent availability during scheduled shifts to ensure timely responses.

Track interactions, update records in Infloww, and collaborate with the team for best results.

Follow brand/creator guidelines to deliver authentic and engaging conversations.

Requirements

Excellent written communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality.

Basic computer and typing skills with the ability to multitask.

No heaps of experience required — we welcome beginners! In fact, sometimes less experience is preferred, as it allows us to train you in our specific style and processes.

Must be comfortable and proficient in using Infloww (or willing and able to learn it quickly).

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Availability for 6-7 days/week with 8-hour shifts.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to handle high-volume chatting.
