Hello! We are looking for the BEST OF THE BEST chatters. We have creators who have public personas- famous models, singers, reality TV stars, influencers.. and even es c0rts who see fans IRL. Thus we need people who can handle this. Requirements:

1. Excellent English

2. Ability to adapt to different personalities- is the model bubbly? Bitchy? Funny? Do they type with proper capitalization, or in all lowercase? What emojis do they use? (we will give all that info to you)

3. Great at multitasking, adaptable, and able to recall important info about models

4. Consistent work ethic

5. Creativity- we all know some creators rarely "create" new content and we need to come up with new ways to get $$ from fans

6. Emotional intelligence - selling content is PSYCHOLOGICAL. fans don't need to buy content when they have Pornhub. They need to be finessed- NOT SCAMMED.

7. Adaptability with flirting, upselling... Following scripts when applicable but also able to free-flow when needed

8. Comfortability with asking questions. We love questions!! Please ask away

9. Discretion... Of course!!

What we provide:

1. Consistent schedule- you can work 5 or 6 days a week, same schedule, same models. You will become THE EXPERT.

2. Fun work environment - we like to laugh and joke with you all day. This job can be tiring, taxing, mentally draining... We know that. We were all chatters. This job CAN ALSO BE hilarious. We wanna bring that aspect out.

3. 24/7 support- we have managers working 24/7, willing to help you with whatever. Literally whatever. We love questions!!!

4. Team environment- we have a very active discord and multiple Whatsapp GMs. Other chatters will help you, the managers will help you, we have assistants to help as well.

5. Expertise - we have been in this industry since 2020. We have seen IT ALL. We have done IT ALL. We know how to handle every situation, every fetish, every kind of fan

6. Shift bonuses and monthly bonuses to reward individual hard work and team-oriented hard work

7. Marketing for each girl to bring in new fans

We are connected with multiple recruiting companies who are passing us multiple models weekly and we need YOUR expertise, IF you match the descriptions. You will be working on 2-4 models at a time (but just 1 model during your first week or two, to make sure you are a great chatter before we put you on our normal schedule)

We do NOT scam fans. We do NOT scam chatters. We do NOT push the models boundaries. We are an ethical company that wants to create abundance for everyone involved. We want long term employees who like their jobs and are HAPPY AND MOTIVATED, and who are NOT looking for other jobs or dreading clocking in for work.

Pay structure- $2.00 an hour to start, with $10 shift bonuses per model if you hit the targets, and $100 monthly bonuses if the models hit their monthly target. You also get 2% commission on accounts making under 15k per month, and 5% commission on accounts making 15k+. Chatters hit the goal daily, and several models hit their goals monthly. Once you are fully trained and able to work our busier pages, you will get a raise and may even be considered for an account manager position. Several of our best chatters make over 1k per month.
