You'll be judged on how long it takes you to log back into OFMJobs, respond to my message, and complete the questionnaire, as well as your actual results on the questionnaire. Speed of completing the questionnaire isn't the number one driver, but the time from application to starting and completing the questionnaire is important, as it shows your urgency.
The rest is known by everyone: typing speed, English proficiency, sexting, building relationships and rapport... the list goes on. The next biggest factor is our corporate culture. We aren't like other agencies — we're a community, a family, and we take care of our people, but they also give us their absolute best performance daily.
