Consistently achieve and maintain a strong chat-to-conversion ratio
Manage multiple creator accounts simultaneously
Follow established sales and engagement strategies
Accurately track work hours through Hubstaff
Collaborate with management and adapt to account-specific workflows
Requirements:
Previous OnlyFans chatting experience is mandatory
Must be able to provide proof of experience and past results
Strong English communication and sales skills
Comfortable working with multiple models and adapting to different personalities
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
Must successfully complete a trial period before being offered a long-term position
Must be comfortable working a rotating schedule, including weekends and varying shifts when required
