We're an established OF management agency looking for a reliable night shift chatter to join our team long-term.

📅 Shift:

8 PM – 4 AM Miami time (EST)

8-hour shifts, consistent schedule

💰 Pay:

$3/hour base + 3% commission on every PPV sale

Weekly payouts

Performance raises for top closers

✅ Requirements:

Fluent English (native or near-native — fans need natural conversation)

Previous OF chatting experience required — not a training role

Strong GFE skills — you know how to build real connection, not just transactional sexting

Solid PPV closing instincts

Reliable, punctual, drama-free

Experience with Infloww

Track record handling high-spenders / whales

Previous agency experience with references
