Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven OFM Chatter to manage conversations on behalf of content creators and drive revenue through engaging, strategic messaging. You will be responsible for building relationships with subscribers, increasing fan retention, and maximizing sales through chat-based upselling and engagement.

This role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to follow structured scripts while adapting naturally to different fan interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with subscribers through direct messages in a conversational and engaging tone

Convert chats into paid interactions, tips, and upsells (PPV, bundles, custom offers, etc.)

Build and maintain long-term fan relationships to increase retention and lifetime value

Follow provided scripts, sales strategies, and chat flows while personalizing responses

Identify high-value subscribers and apply targeted selling strategies

Maintain daily chat activity goals and performance KPIs

Coordinate with the team regarding promos, content drops, and campaign pushes

Log updates, sales activity, and relevant insights accurately

Requirements

Prior experience as an OFM chatter or in sales/chat-based roles is a strong advantage

Excellent written English communication skills

Strong understanding of persuasion, sales psychology, and emotional engagement

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Reliable internet connection and ability to work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends if needed)

High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Preferred Skills

Experience with OnlyFans, Fanfix, Fansly, or similar platforms

Background in sales, customer support, or lead generation

Familiarity with chat tools or CRM systems (e.g., Inflow or similar platforms)

Ability to quickly adapt tone and messaging style per creator persona
