We do not use mass-blasting or high-pressure spam tactics.
Your primary metric is not message volume, but the depth of the relationships you build, your adherence to a strict brand voice, and the average order value (AOV) you generate through measured, intelligent conversation.

📋 The Role
Chat Management: Run (live) direct messaging for an established, highly active premium model.
Brand Execution: Flawlessly execute a detailed Brand Voice Guide, maintaining character under pressure.
Relationship Management: Convert casual subscribers into loyal, long-term VIP clients and whales.
Strategic Monetization: Skillfully upsell premium archival sets, custom media requests, and tips without breaking character.
🛑 Must-Haves
Niche Experience: Proven experience chatting or content-creating in FemDom, Dominant, or fetish-adjacent niches.
Flawless English (C2/Native): Complete mastery of Western cultural nuances, slang, dry humor, and subtle emotional cues.
Tone Versatility: Ability to study, memorize, and accurately replicate a complex psychological persona.
Technical Setup: 60+ WPM typing speed, rock-solid internet connection, and backup power/data.
