About the Role
Established creator looking for a sales agent that is able to create and maintain fan relationships while integrating natural selling opportunities. This person truly understands the dynamics of OF and is able to discern nuanced situations that allow for individual upselling. This is a direct to model hire and you will work one on one with the creator in this role. This role will lead to leadership roles for the right person.
What You'll Do
Manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Respond to fan DMs promptly and keep conversations flowing naturally
Build genuine connections that convert into tips, PPV unlocks, and custom content orders
Track what works — note which fans are high-spenders, what content sells, and flag upsell opportunities
Keep detailed notes on fan preferences, fetishes, and conversation history.
Report daily to review sales, chat logs, and fan notes.
Requirements
Fluent English with zero grammar slip-ups — preferably C2 mastery.
Obsession with American culture.
Ability to learn and be coached.
Experienced and comfortable with conversational selling.
Reliable and fast internet, quiet workspace, and consistent availability.
Discretion is non-negotiable.
At least 18 years old and comfortable working in the adult industry.
