Chatter / Chatter manager

We're looking for a highly experienced Chatters / Chat Manager / Team Leader to join our growing OFM agency.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the OFM industry.

Proven experience as a chatter, Chat Manager or Team Leader.

Specialized in creating a strong GFE (Girlfriend Experience).

Creative, fast-thinking, and highly organized.

Able to identify and develop high-value spenders ("whales") while maximizing revenue.

Strong understanding of sales psychology, upselling, and fan retention.

Experience leading chatters, improving performance, and implementing successful strategies.

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

We Offer:

$3/hour base pay.

3% commission on your own sales.
