You scan the person in front of you, pick up every detail they give away, and use it to build a conversation that actually lands.

- Lead conversations with customers and build real rapport

- Identify needs, motivations and buying signals, then act on them

- Capture and use customer insights strategically instead of letting them slip away

- Hit and beat your targets, with clear numbers and clear feedback

- Work closely with your team, share what works, steal what works
