Key Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (written)
Previous experience as a chatter or in digital sales/customer service
Strong writing and sales skills
Own equipment and stable internet connection
Organized, responsible, and team-oriented
Responsibilities:
Manage chats and subscriber interactions
Increase engagement, retention, and sales
Create upselling strategies and personalized conversations with fans
Report basic metrics and fan feedback to management
