💸 Base Pay: $2/hour

💰 Commission: 3% of all generated sales

We are hiring elite Chat Operators to join our growing team managing some of the biggest names on OF. If you’re fluent in English, emotionally intelligent, and ready to close high-ticket subs and PPV, this is your opportunity to scale your income and build a long-term role with a fast-moving agency.

🔥 What You’ll Do:

- Engage with fans 1:1 in DMs on OnlyFans

- Build relationships that lead to paid interactions and sales

- Upsell content and build emotional rapport with subs

- Follow structured scripts, daily goals, and report performance

- Work closely with your team lead to improve performance and stay on brand

✅ What We’re Looking For:

- Fluent English (written)

- Quick thinker + emotionally intelligent

- Charismatic and Humorous

- Experience in sales, customer support, or online chatting is a plus

- Comfortable chatting as a character or persona (acting/writing ability is a plus)

- Reliable, consistent, and hungry to earn
